I don't think once in awhile is bad. My adult kids have a steady diet of it and that is not good. They certainly can do there own thing ... But I'm just saying

I have always been a fan of a balanced diet, but I recently met one of my clients who was morbidly obese and she had no idea why, since she "only eats fruit. Very healthy. Why don't I lose weight?" FRUCTOSE.

OK... Chris, we need to talk. Ready? Cool whip is basically shortening with flavor and sugar and added air whipped in... Thus the "whipped!" Do as the smart woman, Erquiaga suggests! Get the real stuff! Ever so much tastier!!! A can requires no more time than opening a tub. Plus you don't dirty an extra spoon digging the stuff out. Lessons, you need them!

I don’t understand how people think fruit is bad for you these days. Seems so backwards! Deep fried cheese over steak wrapped in bacon = good! Grapes and apples and berries omg the fructose watch out you’ll be so fat.

I like the light reddi whip in a can myself! I can’t tolerate the real heavy cream that’s whipped, it’s so rich and goopy and makes the roof of your mouth all oily.

This looks good though. I love frozen fruit. I thought I was the only weirdo who ate berries out of the freezer that are probably meant more for baking or smoothies.
