Draglist's Journal, 19 March 2020

Woke and did fasted pushups, squats, and dumbbell pulls. Showered and weighed 220.2, down 2.0 from yesterday. Finished 36 hour fast with a protein coffee. Will eat something as soon as I'm hungry. UPDATE: Had another big eating day, which I can afford as I do it every other day! Had a nice lunch as the photos show and I weighed 221.4 before dinner. Going a little cray with the red wine tonight but history shows that those calories don't stick around too long. Will do just coffee, tea, and water tomorrow (and will continue alternating through the rest of the month).
