Draglist's Journal, 20 March 2020

Woke and did 20 minutes of HIIT spinning. Weighed 221.6 after that, up 1.4 from yesterday. I ate an incredible amount of food last night after doing some red wine. Will fast all day today with black coffee, green tea, and water. Will eat again tomorrow. UPDATE: Weighed in at 6 pm and got do 220.8. Will continue fasting until the morning.

Very encouraging to see you are still at it! Am just starting to understand fasting (but still not ready to attempt it). Great that you have the discipline to follow through.
