Now that looks like a satiating meal for only 390 calories! some greek yogurt for me on the side and I would be set!!!

"Recipe" is simple. I browned a a cut up chicken breast in 2 tblsp olive oil & minced garlic, adding veggies then soy sauce (4 tblsp), sriracha, & 1 tblsp hot pepper jelly. You can use whatever veggies you like. I used broccoli, yellow squash, onions, mini sweet peppers, baby snap peas, shredded carrots, fresh basil & parsley.

I can’t eat soy sauce because I’m supposed to have less than 800 mg in a whole day of SODIUM. What would you use ?

I use the lower sodium soy sauce but that still can add up. Try Tamari, I Googled it & it's supposed to be low sodium.
