Happy happy Friday the 13th...

No cats crossed my path on my zwift ride this morning...so a great start to my day...bp...was...131/63 before ride...130/69.. after my ride...and as long as I can hit 130 or less on top..and in the 60s or 70s on the bottom...then my doctor has said she’s taking me off the blood pressure meds....

Went to china buffet yesterday for lunch...no guilty feelings anymore..one meal..it’s not end of the world..made healthy choices...1 full plate..didn’t even have desert...was too full...that meal lasted rest of the day...

Last 2days been doing a lot of errands...I’m thinking today is a stay at home day..heat and humidity..has been terrible...you open the door and it smacks you in the face..I been giving mail carrier frozen bottle of water all summer on days it’s been really bad...even on really hot ones gave them electrolyte tabs to add to the water...I know how it is to be in the heat and have heat stroke...

Welp..need to go and have breakfast...see what rest of day brings to me...

Have a fantastic day...

No cats = always a good ride Mike!! My ride yesterday ended up going into the dark, I had a taillight but no headlamp, it was a bit spooky.

O my....I bet riding in the dark was a challenge....even if you know the route...still nice to see the critters...to hot and humid for outside rides here..have been thinking about a ride outside...even if it’s only 30 min...

Having zwift is definitely a great way to stay motivated..when the weather is nasty..or your just to lazy to ride outside.... -----> pointing to myself...
