Happy happy Friday...
Alarm went off at 430am...but at 530am finally got up...guess my body needed today off to rest...been trying to get more days in a row of riding and letting my body tell me when it needs a day off...that plus the cooler mornings...like who wants to get out of a warm bed...might be time to switch off the air...and turn on the heat...60outside now...house feels cooler...
Rest today...last of my weekly miles tomorrow...
I hate off days..but know they are needed for recovery...guess I’m an endorphin addict...
Did get grass mowed yesterday...it’s so dry...yard needs a good raking...but to much for me to do
Welp..gonna get the bed made..do a few things..have breakfast..start a new day..

Happy Friday to you also! Cooler weather sounds great, not sure where you are but I wanna be there. We have mid-70's at 6 am with a whole bunch of humidity.
