Happy happy Saturday...

Went to bed at 630 pm last night..nothing on tv...well..reruns..but how many times can you watch them..went right to sleep..this morning..I didn’t feel like I slept that great..and yet my Fitbit says I slept great....wasn’t as tired as usual...

Got my zwift ride/workout in already...57 outside right now..and the thought of getting all dressed up and doing an early outdoor ride did cross my mind...but when your set up to ride inside..that idea soon fades...

Took the day off yesterday..and I gotta say..when I take a day off to allow my body to recover..seems like I’m more tired that day..I even took an hour nap right after lunch...I just seem so much more tired on off days..do any of you feel like that on your off days when you give your body time to recover ????

gonna make breakfast in a few..even thou..really not hungry yet...still fasting from yesterday about 1 pm...if I walk into kitchen...then the fast ends..lol...just the way it works...

Well...need to change..get laundry sorted...riding clothes in one of them washing bags...they do work great..rest of clothes in washer with bag...
