Happy happy Sunday...

Did king of mountain on Innsbruck course...well let’s say I almost did it..I was wiped out 1 mile from top of mountain...just didn’t have anything left in me...I normally do my workouts fasted...which at 45 minutes into climb..I stopped..and did a gel...but by that time I was already behind...on energy...did another one 30 min later...at 7am...I take my bp med..so stopped again..grabbed another bottle of water and electrolytes and made a peanut butter sandwich..to give me something to help absorb the med...at 1:30 into the ride..I was spent..and getting over the top..didn’t matter...sometimes it’s not about finishing..it’s about challenging yourself...

Today..mow the lawn..suppose to rain mon and Tuesday...so get er done...

Doctors appointment Monday morning to see what doctor thinks from the ekg she took Thursday...being on the bp med..has helped...I can tell the difference...no more fluttering...

Welp..need to decide if I’m eating breakfast or just gonna burn the peanut butter sandwich and the gels till the next meal.which will be a salad...after I mow...

Gotta go go go...have a fantastic day...
