Happy happy Monday..raining here today...

Alarm on cell woke me up...and I just lay Ed there....trying to decide if I was gonna make it 7 zwift days in a row...well...at 515am..I was still debating...it’s now 715 am..just had breakfast..and decided my body deserves a rest day..even though I wish I could be doing the workout..the ride yesterday really took a lot out of me..and then even though I rode the mower...it was late afternoon before I started recovering...

Today’s doctor appointment...blood work results...and I’m gonna ask her to help me get the weight down...a nutritionist may give me ideas..if I have to start going to see a doctor...which I just don’t do on a regular basis..then I might as well use it to my advantage...I’m hoping as time passes..to get back off the lisinopril 10 mg...before last week..wasn’t on any meds..at 70 ...now..just another challenge to learn all I can of how to lower blood pressure...and keep consistent...

Welp...gotta do a few things...get my happy face on ...I think not getting a ride in..affects my mood...lol

good morning Wannabe! For me, my BP went down permanently after a 5 day fast. I do need to get some exercise, but I'm off the meds since the fast.

Ty Erik...just second visit...I’m hoping to be able to make a deal with doctor so that she sees...that IL make the changes..to get off it in a month ..just started on it Thursday...but don’t want to have to live on it...will know more after visit..with her being into riding as well..we will see...

Wow....what an uplifting visit at doctors....blood work came back with magnesium being low..l take 250 mg..should be 800 mg...my ldl was high..doctor was gonna leave me on bp meds for 4 months...and I told her I wanted to see a nutritionist...we got it down to 2 months before next visit...I said look doc I’m willing to do my best...let’s make it one month to the next visit....she smiled and said ok....a great day at doctors office...

They took 4 vials of blood last week...i really have no clue
