Already started ‘binging’ (152 carbs yesterday)

have fun. Yeah it is just a diet break and you should enjoy it and everything else that is your holiday. You have worked hard

@Draglist - The positives of the 'Diet Break' should be that I will 'bulk' and lift heavy weight as much as I can (the resort I will be at actually has a bar so I can do deadlifts and squats.

Have a fun vacation! 😄

Enjoy the vacation - the beauty of a way of eating vs. a diet is that you can be flexible to enjoy what you want to.

@FullaBella, @chesgreen, @srossca, @Ezra C, @Sweetlysad, @tahoebrun - Thanks for the support! I'm already getting tired of eating. Every two hours I get hungry (sigh). The only thing that is saving me is my wife @PrincessValerie eliminated most of the carbs from the house (I did find some Top Ramen...). I'm thinking of going to bed early as a "Diet Strategy" Haha!

Easy come easy go Adef, LOL...unrestricted rest and recovery (think afternoon nap) after workouts are always a great option too when on vacation time ☀️🍷🍸🍹🍰🍨🏋️‍♂️🤸‍♀️🏃‍♂️😎😎😪😪...#no diet damage.

Enjoy your vacations, and as Draglist said, take this time as a diet break, it may even be good for you. 😊

You may have a point there about going to bed. I've often noticed how easily I fast on the weekend because I just don't want to get up.

@Keilin_4 - Thanks!

@FullaBella - If I don't eat in the morning I do better throughout the day (I am not hungry). Tomorrow morning I will try not to eat until noon. That is kinda the same as just staying in bed... without actually staying in bed Haha!

It will be interesting to see how much you’d gain in 10 days.. This is kinda like a science experiment and you are the guinea pig... 👀 I think 20 pounds seems unlikely but I know eating and holding weight is a problem 🤔

@CrashtestDawnie - Haha! Yes, I will 'do my part for science' 😜 However, they have a Mechanical Physician Scale, and while I will have to keep my clothes on, I will weight myself every day. I may hit a point where I may start fasting because I hit 180lbs+
