This 150 calorie deficit is coming to a close after losing a lot of weight (but not exercising at all).

McDonald's for lunch! Yaay! I'm lovin' it!
142.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Perfect point...less spontaneous. I relate...I had my ‘less spontaneous ‘ meal last night, Wendy’s burger and chili and a shared chili cheese nachos with my daughter. Soooo enjoyable when it’s seldom. It’s like a new appreciation lol🤗

Yes sole sister, couldn’t agree more!! And a great treat it was. Still hit all my targets perfectly. 🎯 I once had a dog actually. She grew up and still got treats!! 🐶

The only fast food burger I can eat is an In-Out or in a pinch Carl’s Jr. famous star when I’m traveling. I started on FS after vacationing in the southwest for several weeks and having to just eat what there was available. I put on about 8 pounds— then suddenly people all around me were diagnosed as diabet or had heart attacks, somI tried to help them use this program to make it easier but for them it didn’t stick. One gal told me she would rather die than live on a diet— she got her wish, unfortunately.
