Living in the now....taking time away was something that I needed...it allowed me to refocus on me...in the time I’ve been way..I’ve learned things about myself...I may of learned them being here..but taking time off..just was something I needed...

I’m finding the person I was before April 13th of last year..I’m waking up in the mornings...and instead of getting on iPad and seeing what’s new..instead..I’m changing into riding gear and on my trainer/road bike getting my zwift ride in before 8am...causing me to feel more and more like the old me...and I have to say it’s a great feeling...

As for food and weight..I’m still a work in progress...and will be for rest of my life..even if an when I get leaner...IL always be in maintenance...it’s the way it is...

Am I back on fs...I’m not sure...I do know my journals will be later entries..more to life then being addicted to an iPad...

As for my riding..on zwift and trainer road...I’m hooked...did a 30 mile ride yesterday..which was suppose to be a day of rest...cause I had a training ride on trainer road today...welp..I nailed that ride this morning..with a 12.5 mile ride...so my miles are adding up in 2days...I did a ftp test yesterday on zwift...rhe 2-3 months I was recovering cost me muscle in my legs that I’m now replacing...I’m getting stronger.....

Nice to read your update. Yeah taking time away from electronics seems healthy to me too. Not that I am very good at it. (I like video games) But I have also decided that it needs to be my goal to get out more and enjoy the real surroundings and peole in it

Taking a break does help, I am taking a,walk tonight ,it's windy breezy and think it's in the mid 70's. Also keep in mind you can post food here and ease up on journals,for a little bit if it's too overwhelming. The food calculator is how I got started, it's one of best features of this,website.
