Nsv for me...yesterday when on my zwift workout was cycling up a hill and was able to stand up and peddle up hill...mind you it wasnt long..but eachh time im able to stand and peddle..its a win for me

Someday is here katies....i was ovwe 300 pounds when i started riding in 2015...348 to be exact...if you only ride a mile...it more then waiting on someday

I love that: "Someday is Here!" I'm SO taking that advice! I went to the rec enter at lunch to inquire about a weight lifting program. I meet with a trainer in the morning at 6:00 am. Thanks wannabe.
