Changing strategy...calm the mind...set your intentions...been listening to trainer road on you tube..trying to get ideas as what to eat or drink on my longer rides...so I don’t bonk out...

when I was at walmart yesterday..bought apple juice and bananas...looking for something that’s easy to eat while riding..goes against everything I have been trying to accomplish ...but riding longer rides..means compromising to make it happen...I have energy gels that I only use when I need to...so we will see how this works out..only bout enough for a few rides to see the results..plan today...to give it a go...

Zwift ride planned today...have the extra carbs to try out..got rested yesterday...feeling like might push for a longer ride...but just never know till I get on bike and start riding how long ride might be...

61 here today...might get out and walk around alittle...can’t do a lot ground is so soft...

Have a great day....I’m finding that calming my mind...setting my intentions..is bringing out that drive to accomplish my dreams....riding 50 miles...not everyone’s dream..for me..something I can do...just haven’t done it yet...

Drive yourself...don’t just want it..set goals to hit and make it happen...

First 35 min was burning breakfast and protein sbake...stopped about 40 min...ate small banana and drank some apple juice...started riding again..was also drinking water with electrolytes..at 65 mins had an energy gel....when i quit wasnt really tired...but was just a ride to get a workout..just mileage and elevation for the week...
