I ate to my hearts content yesterday and was well over 2000 calories. accidently drank water before I weighed myself, did not realize what time it was. 128.4 the scale showed, that has been my average weight over the past 2+ weeks of overeating my RDI. I will see if it is back to normal again tomarrow.
Still sore but doing better. today I am going to get my massage and hopefully will get a couple area's I can not work myself loosened up.
making some short ribs for myself today. hubby is still on his cook for himself kick. so no seasoning but salt. I ate less than normal this morning so I can fully enjoy my ribs. I don't tend to eat leftovers as they build histamines in the fridge. 2 pounds with the bones!
Still not exercising, don't want to risk messing up with all these knots still messing with me.

Short ribs sounds like a delicious plan. I have actually never made them. Will be looking for them in the store

yes they are great, I can't season them the way I would like, but in the slow cooker they are super tender and juicey. they do have tons of fat. I like to put a few chunks of onion in the pot, season the meat with salt, paprika and cayenne pepper. makes a tastey broth.

And that is a good thing Adef, if you stuck to plain meat with a decent amount of fat and veggies non starchy ones you would do great. sneaking in those higher carb foods are a trigger for many of us. cheese makes me crave more food. chicken does not have enough fat to satisfy me so that is like eating Chinese food, ready to eat again in a couple hours.

Hopefully you will be back to feeling great by Thanksgiving so you can enjoy your holiday - hope the massage helps!

A great way I've found to help with soreness is to run a bath as hot as you can stand pour in 1/2-1 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/2-1 tsp Ginger then lay in it until it goes cold, not cool, but, cold. Rinse off under the shower, get dressed and or get ready for bed ( depends on when you cleanse). This pulls any toxins in the body as well. Hope this helps.

ah Kikibee, I will be fine. I have had to function like this for decades so every day of clean eating gets me closer to feeling myself. looking forward to Thursday.
