I gotta lay off the peanuts. They're out on the counter instead of up in the cabinet. Too easy to graze. Hoping that writing it down will make me more mindful. Mom wants them out because she can't reach them in the cabinet. Kinda the point. Out of sight, out of mind. I'm going to make it my daily challenge not to eat any for the rest of the day.
