Where would you place yourself? I want to see a female version. Thinking about going to 5 Star to get that analysis done.

Is the bottom left 30 worse than the 35 or is it just me?

Three through seven percent kinda grosses me out. Like the comparisons. Looking forward to the women.

I still use these images when someone posts their BF and they have none of the features of their given BF. This to me is when folks start to develop body issues. BTW, essential BF on a man is 4% and women is 12%. Okay, go back to your regular programming.

@Erquiaga Agreed. I don't consider those body types sexy/attractive or appealing at all.

At 57 years old, I'd place myself between 12-15%

Men who over do the muscle development, like the top row, are not attractive. At. All.

Hmm, I seem to have 15% stomach, 10% chest and arms 8-9% shoulders lol. Average of 13%?

I definitely look more like the 10-12% picture even though I'm 6%.Don't need to do "more" core work just need to keep what I'm doing and give it time

Unfortunately I find these are just general guidelines. I could be 20% or 35% depending on the chart lol. A good example, hubby has the 35% tummy and the 25% chest and arms. His legs however have very little fat so below the 25% bit nowhere near the hulk at first.
@gz I disagree. I like the 10-12% man here and up to the 20% as my ‘ideal’. 25% is totally acceptable however ;) and 30% honestly is ‘normal’. A middle of the road person and dislike the extremes at either end :D.

I'll take the 6-7% but only for a couple weeks as I doubt I could ever maintain it. 10% is my goal but I'll be happy with 12%
