Have been mainly low carb/Keto for the last few years. I love low carb living. Originally lost almost 80 lbs, but have been up and down multiple times due to life and losing focus. I am very dedicated to shedding weight and exceeding my lowest weight I remember since 2013, which was around 260. I'd be extremely happy with 250, which is goal 2.
