I did it!!!!!!!! I am below 200 for the first time since 1992. I am in ONEDERLAND! <Happy dance>
199.2 lb Lost so far: 35.8 lb.    Still to go: 54.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

that is fantastic... I been at this for a LONG LONG TIME.. AND I JUST SEEN 140.7 I do not go off L.C. even for one bite.. not worth it... been a journey down from 358 pounds.. but so glad I LIVE LOW CARB.. and happy we have the internet.. way back then I did not have anything but Dr Atkins books.. and read them over and over..so kiddo I SURE AM HAPPY FOR YOU...…….BLESSINGS
