You just stopped your fast, right? If your stomach gives you trouble saltine crackers helped me (just don't eat the entire pack like I did!). The day after a fast I don't usually gain weight, but two days later I start packing it on unless I keep the carbs low. Good luck!

looks so good, but you have too much carbs. Potatoes and the crusty part is going to spoil your diet... don't eat the potatoes and replace it with more vegetables... just a healthy suggestion ;)

Oh boy, the anti-carbers, hehe. Carbs are just a source of calories the same way fats are a source of calories. If you have a deficit you don't have to worry about them. Food looks good, keep it up!

That’s looks amazing, you have to share the prep information on the website. I’m hungry just looking at it.

kaylinrenee so i crushed up bbq pork rinds, dipped the chops in egg then the pork rinds. put them in the air fryer and sprayed lightly with cooking spray, thats what keeps it crisp. put the air fryer on 380 for 12 minutes, flipped and resprayed half way through. thats it! super easy!

Nice work !!!! Oh man, I wish you had made enough for me ---this looks fantastic, always wanted to try the airfryer. Seen the on tv and in stores but never actually tasted or used them....But if your picture is any indication, I may just go buy one !!!!

i totally would recommend an air fryer. its healthy and you can cook literally anyhing in it. ive done ribs, wings, burgers, fried chicken, breaded pork chops, fries, etc. if you want crisp, just a small spray of cooking oil and thats it!!! they usually come with a recipe book

I love using my air fryer. Your food looks wonderful. For those on keto, anything that fits your macros will still keep you in ketosis . And yes, a consistent deficit will cause a loss.

I’m impressed by the great “fried” appearance. I may have to check this out
