Four really solid Whole30 + Calorie counting days and a comparatively reasonable sized splurge on Memorial day weekend. Probably water weight. excited to get back to some real progress, finally.
171.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
