Woke at 214.4, down .4 from yesterday after moving a lot of water last night. Event after work will get me home late. UPDATE: Fasted until after work and then attended an event where some colleagues were speaking. The organizer asked me to join the panel discussion, which was fun. Had the toppings from two slices of pizza there and then ate some wings at another place. Red wine at the first place and martinis at the second. Then I ate when I got home. Still had a big deficit due to a lot of walking. Weighed a crazy 212.4 when I got home which was a huge surprise. Tomorrow will begin a 72 hour fast through the weekend. I'll eat dinner on Sunday night.
