** FEEL LIKE GIVING UP? **


There is no "right" way or "wrong" way of eating or exercising.

There are no "good" days or "bad" days.

Just ways.
Just days.

YOU are in control of YOU. Every day starts the same. You control the amount of food you eat and activities you do. The food doesn't have a say in the matter. The exercise doesn't decide whether you do it or not. IT'S YOU!  It's all in YOUR mind.

100 years ago, before gyms, Jenny Craig, and McDonald's, if people were unhappy with their weight, they didn't have surgeries... they ate less and/or moved more.

Sure, our lives have shifted recently, but the rules remain the same. If you CHOOSE to be lazier or eat more out of boredom, that is still a CHOICE you must make.

Accountability and discipline are more important than ever. Journal, tell a friend, find a distraction... your success depends on how much you apply yourself.

If, after months of isolation, we've gained fat or poor habits, who is to blame? Ourselves.

Get on top of things now. Do what you know needs to be done in order to maintain now. It may seem tough, but the reality is: THERE'S NOTHING STOPPING YOU EXCEPT YOU! 👊🏻

I agree with you 75%, but you have to take in account people like me that doctors cant figure out why I keep gaining or maintaining. We have tried phenterine, testostorne, low carb, low calarioe, high fat, high protein, moderate calories, etc. Since my cancer surgery I ballooned to 365 from 200 in little over a year with no change in eating or activity.

Needed to see this. Again. Caught a reflection of myself in the full body mirror at the Walmart today. I wasn't happy. You're right. I need to turn it around now. I've been aware of it for a couple days... This sealed it.
