Hey there! Iā€™m 52 and 5' 3". My way of eating's always been on automatic pilot, but that changed in 2018 when I had a toxic reaction to an antibiotic called Cipro. It damaged tendons, muscles, intestines, etc. I now have a ton of food sensitivities and consequent restrictions because of it. I also recently weaned off an ADHD medication (amphetamine stimulant) which I think caused cravings for carbs and sugar. Help meeeeee šŸ˜‚šŸ¤¦šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø So, Iā€™m here to figure out this thing called eating and admittedly a little socializing cuz there's a lot of cool people here. šŸ˜ As far as weight goes, I just want to maintain it.

what is your goal weight, 5'3 and 5'4 ladies?
Iā€™m 5ā€™3 and try to maintain current weight of about 104. Anything less and my skin gets kinda loose and gross lol. I have been 125 pounds before though and was healthy at that weight as well.

Hey I know what you mean about those winter blahs. I grew up and lived in Los Angeles my entire life until last year when I moved to Michigan so Iā€™m experiencing a real winter for the first time. I long for the outdoors and sunshine lol! I hope you can find your motivation again. Sometimes admitting the problem and being accountable to others is enough to get it back. Starting can be the hardest part. I think you can do it though! Let me know how it goes and God bless you!

First week...it's working!!
Right on! Iā€™m finding it an eye opening experience to see what Iā€™m REALLY eating and how much as well by logging it. Cheers to you!
