I am female in my mid fifties who has been through this song and dance before but feeling very positive. If i have done it before I can do it again. Looking to lose almost 30 kilos. It will be a long journey but that is good. I am doing keto, maybe really Atkins induction eating (as laid out in The New Diet Revolution (2003).

how does this work?
I think that is what most people do. Use the food journal (looks like a plate on the web version) and document everything. And also document workouts. It helps with sticking to the plan and keeping accurate count.
