A few years ago I lost about 18kgs attending Weight Watchers for about 18 months. A year later I was almost back to square one and in complete denial that I'd gained it all back. Have now been trying to eat healthier on my own without Weight Watchers - and exercising for 200 minutes a week using Women's Health exercise DVDs. So far have lost almost 10 kilos again in the last 6 months. About 4 to go...

Recently (since late 2013) discovered Jessica Smith TV on YouTube so have been using her free online workouts and trying to maintain 4 hours of exercise per week and feeling much healthier for it!

2017 started a new target of 60kg and still trying to maintain 3 hours of exercise a week (now also love HASfit workouts) and added parkruns on Saturdays since July. Discovered that what I'm doing is called calorie cycling (restricting on weekdays to allow more on weekends) and experimented with IF since 2016. So far so good.

Members Heights?
Hope this is the right place to put this.I love the website and App, but just wonder if you could please make it so that members can add their heights as well. Sometimes people's goal weights are like 50kg and you wonder how tall they are to be aiming for so low. Just a thought. Then - I would also like the option of seeing the food diary on the site in kj as well. It's great on the App, but would like to see it on the site too. Thanks!
