Delicious! Could you please post the exact recipe? We don’t have Avocados in India available commercially for some reason but everything else should be easily afforded! I am basically confused about herbs word and so please do post a full recipe and how to if you can :)

I don’t really follow a recipe. I marinated the chicken with avocado oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, herbs were: Cilantro, Parsley, and oregano. After marinating, I heated a nonstick pan with two tablespoons of Kerrygold butter. I cooked the chicken on medium heat.m until brown.
The broccoli was cooked and made my own cheese sauce and dollops of ricotta and baked it.
