Another day down and feel I've fully adapted to the 16:8 IF thing. No real effort to do so as it fits the pattern of my daily life well and adds that little extra bit of discipline in my head not to reach for something to eat after 7pm.
Not seeing any impact from a weight loss standpoint but I'm sure that will come with time. I think doing the OMAD thing on the weekends is going to work as well. Trying to take a few days off from the office and make this coming weekend a long 3 1/2 day one so going to find out how I do with OMAD for that time period.
Ate off script a bit today with a coke zero and a light pea, corn, and chicken soup. Not going to skip home made yumminess especially when its pretty healthy. :D
Hopping to finally see some movement on the troll scale tomorrow. Until then, here is wishing everyone a good and relaxing evening.
