For dinner I attempted instagrams @ibreatheimhungry #eggfast fettuccine Alfredo recipe and it was delicious. It didn't come out looking exactly like hers, but as long as it was good I think that's what matters!! #eggfastDay2

Eggs, really??? How do you make them look like noodles? Just slice like you would noodles, after you scrambled them? They do look good!!!!

Very filling! It's two eggs blended with cream cheese then baked. Once baked I was able to slice them like noodles. Then I made an Alfredo sauce form cream cheese and mozzarella. The original recipe called for mascarpone and Parmesan but I had neither at the time. It was still really yummy.

Emily, how long did you have to bake this? What Temp? I need these!! lol
I really, really need these. Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha
They look so good, and I love noodles, so these would be so much better for my new eating regime if I knew more about them.
Thanks for the info so far, but... I need more info. LOL

I baked it for exactly 9 minutes on 300! I poured the mixture in a 8 X 8 greased glass pan. I'm going to be honest.. they are def not going to feel like noodles unless you look your noodles over cooked buttttt it def statisfies. I like my noodles al dente. LOL But it was still very good.
