Day 3 of my #eggfast ended pretty gloriously! I made a cheese crust taco & filled it w/ egg salad. I was thinking to myself, this is going to be the most insane thing yet. I was wrong! It was great. The cheese crust texture went so well w/ the egg salad.

Egg fasts are meant to be a stall breaker. No, it's not healthiest way of losing weight but it is a short term "fast". I only did 3 days and am experimenting to see the results. I really am on Ketogenic #lowcarb way of eating.

I so wish I could eat cheese! That combination of flavors and textures must have been amazing.
Today I had lentil salad for lunch, which threw my carb intake through the roof, and knocked me out of ketosis if I was even in it.
How is the egg fast, um, bathroom-wise?

My friend had a little trouble bathroom wise.. I didn't. But it could be the lack of gallbladder. Everything goes right through me. TMI I'm sorry. Lol
