Just a reminder that each day is precious.
Don't take for granted the love for and from others.
Share from your heart daily even though it may sound or feel mundane. Pause to imagine what life would be like without those simple and routine moments....
We aren't promised tomorrow - things in life can change very quickly and without warning. Don't have regrets later. Don't wait for tragedy to slow your busy life down enough to show appreciation for all those around you.
Remember the things and people who have been placed in your orbit and always remind them of your appreciation for their part in your life.

Outside of church, this is the first place I thought to look for prayer and support, so thank you all. I am having almost daily migraines and snoring, so my GP referred you me to an ENT thinking sinus issues. During the scan, they discovered an "anomaly/shadow" that has them concerned. Waiting to schedule an MRI now.

Being on Lexapro and Xanax, it's hard to worry about anything these days, so I'm head-in-the-sand until I hear anything definitive 🤘

I don't know if this is helpful at all. A few years ago I went through some sort of terrible diagnosis where basically I was told what they saw could mean that I could die any minute. But once all the tests were done months later, it turned out to be nothing. My point is don't panic until the MRI results are back. I know that is easier said than done. I wasn't able to do it. Wishing you the best.
