Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday….
No ride on trainer yesterday…did however get a ride in back of ambulance…had gone to walmart…came home..sis and I unloaded suv…got food put away…I set for a few….was already humid outside..enough when you opened back door you thought…maybe this can wait..but we left house again…went to bank…took money out for phone…went next door to Verizon…guy started setting new phone as I set there…longer I set..more I felt odd…then all of sudden I was sweating…like I had run a marathon…sister called 911…by time they got there put me on bed..I was feeling normal…all my vitals were what they normally run..sugar was 117 I think he said…but they transported me to local hospital….they did the vitals…ekg….all normal…I came home lyesterday afternoon…after a trip thru McDonald’s for cinnamon bun..and small glass of water….doctors said he thought dehydration…so…rest days ahead again today….
Yes I got phone…yes I almost have it like I wasn’t it….biggest obstacle….taking passwords from iPad..to phone….hate passwords….I kno they are handy…but…
My exciting day yesterday….

Take it easy! I keep my passwords in a program called LastPass. For $12/year, they are accessible on all my devices. Well worth the money.
