I am in my 50s and worked in the health and fitness industry for many years. Now I exercise for fun and to stay fit. I rarely miss a training session, why would I?! It's good for me and I love it.

I have never been particularly overweight but as the years go by I can't eat like I used to/want to without putting weight on. So, I am here looking for a bit of support and to help keep the motivation high.

I maintain my athletic build by swimming, weights, cardio, and stretching. I use the old-school method of counting calories when it comes to maintaining or losing weight. It works for me!

My downfall is chocolate/sweet tooth, alcohol, and just loving food in general. I am very much a work hard, play hard kinda gal!
