Trying to put off a total knee replacement. I came over from SparkPeople. Am finishing up the 4 month Noom program end of June 2021. Going to give intuitive eating a shot.

Given 1 year to live (breast cancer) in 2000. Still here, so apparently doctor didn't know how to count or I'm just that stubborn.

How do we add emoticons in our post? I see hearts and other cute things! Other than the ones below !
I wish I knew the answer. I'm also wondering how people add emoticons to comments on journal entries. I don't see that option.

New Group
Go to your group page. In the box at the top of the right hand sidebar, you'll see a box titled "Group Links." One of those links is "Invite People." That will allow you to invite anyone who follows you. Good luck! What's your group about?

How to post to the community feed
You do that by posting a journal entry. You don't have to weigh in or put your food in to make a journal entry. Here's how you do it. When you go to My FatSecret, look at the sidebar on the right side of the page. Click the link that says My Journal. This will show you all your journal entries. Right above the right hand corner of your most recent journal entry, you will see a link that says "Record a Journal Entry". Click on that, and you can create a journal entry. That posts to the community feed as long as you have your privacy settings to allow that. Hope that helps!

air fryers
I have a Power XL and I love it. You can use it as a slow cooker as well as an air fryer. It actually has a lot of functions, like bake and grill as well. I live in the Phoenix area, and I love being able to bake something without heating up my kitchen.
