Still leg deadlifts has helped my booty lift and look better. 😊 I had saggy bottom syndrome until I threw those into my rotation. You know what you’re doing but wanted to throw something out that maybe hadn’t been considered. And I’m certainly not saying you have a saggy bottom or need help in that area because I think you think wonderful.

DP I honestly think it won’t take long and you’ll easily pass me! I think you are about where I am if not already further along in the muscle department. Ive has deadlifts in my routine and can’t say that it’s helped the glutes for me. I lost almost all my rear 😭. Now when I flex the glutes I can see them moving haha. But my butt is 1/3 of the size it was. Guessing I lost all that fat and just didn’t have much muscle. I’ve read that squats help so I’m starting to add those back in. The glutes machine at my gym never seemed to make them sore, just my legs. Kinda like donkey kicks I think.
