Woke at 223.4, down 6.8 from yesterday. This was weird. I was whooshing all day yesterday and then I had to get up literally SIX times overnight to move more water. I knew the weigh-in would be low today. I just can't figure out the reason. I didn't really do much differently than I usually do. I did pick up a cold yesterday and was also sweating out a lot overnight. I'm off today, so I will jump on the exercise bike if I feel better. Denise is off to the statehouse in Annapolis to advocate for teachers so I'm a bachelor today. UPDATE: I got my hour in on the exercise bike. Got to 221.6 after that. Breaking the fast at 2:30. UPDATE: Weighed 222.6 at 5 pm. About to take down some steak!
