I forgot to post last night's dinner. We used the air fryer again and it did not disappoint. Chicken strips served with a garden salad Chicken breast, dredged in almond flour, egg, spicy pork rind crumbs The chicken was incredibly juicy and the coating was nice & crunchy 433 cals, 46 gr Protein, 3 gr carbs (minus the wine which was entered in the 'snack' section. paired with Chardonnay

binky, yes. Its a nice alternative to using flour, panko, batter, etc. I placed some in a mini food processor and walahh! Kinda like subbing rice with cauliflower.

Wish I had room for an air fryer, but there's just no way in my tiny kitchen. I'd have to put it on the patio.

Pixie - temp used was 370 @ 20 minutes and I fliped them halfway through.

I can't tell pork rinds were used. I love them anyway so it wouldn't have bothered me. If you buy regular flaored pork rinds, I would definitely spice them to taste (maybe as you would a regular batch of tenders) but the pork rinds used here was hot n spicy so there was lots of flavor!
