I’m not sure if I will have access to a scale tomorrow while here on vacation, so I am doing my official weigh in today. Down a smooth 4! 🙌💪 I plan to stay the course while on vaca and my book bag is full of Keto friendly snacks. I do plan to cheat once, and the first time since being on this journey for 10 months when we get to Puerto Rico...a conch fritter 😬🤷♀️😂 With all of the walking and activities we plan to do, I expect to come home at a minimum the same weight. 💪
