I've been around the 280 range for my entire adult life. My breaking point was when I hit 301 lbs. My first goal is to be 200 lbs or less by January, before I travel abroad!

About my Diet:

Daily calories: 1200-1300
Fat: under 55g total
Saturated Fat: under 13g
Carbs: under 150g total
Protein: under 100g
Dietary Fiber: as much as possible!

After much trial and error I have figured out what works for my body.
