trying to eat more calories. I think too few stalled my initial encouraging steady drop. lunch at 189 isn't gonna cut it. seeing everyone else's meal photos (except the pizza porn) helps fuel ideas.

When I got within 20 pounds of my goal, I didn't plateau, I simply stopped losing for MONTHS! Tried lowering my intake, actually gained 2 pounds. My buddies told me that though it SOUNDS counter-productive, that I should try increasing my calorie goal by 100-200 calories per day. It worked, I'm below goal now. And pizza really isn't a bad food, you just have to limit how much of it you eat. So it would be a good way to up your intake, if it's something you love! (Personally, I don't believe in giving up food I love just to be healthy... I can still have what I love ,read that as nightly CHOCOLATE, and be healthy, I just limit portion size!)

Reaching out to you for help !!! You always give good info. Been hidden in background reading posts and getting good meal ideas but lately confused with diet. Tried everything from HFLC to just counting calories - portion control - name it I’ve tried. Bottom line attempted reaching out to fs community but even failed with that. Everything ended up in my journal. Grrr. How does your posts appear for fed back from community. Please also feel free to give sugg Log everything just stuck. Weight gain yesterday was water weight. No salt added / just ingredients Sorry to disturb you just totally frustrated.
