Still quite a bit below set weight, lots of activity in the last month coupled with unexpected (and unusual) restraint during the Holiday Season.
Still finding that about a 250 to 500 calorie "on paper" deficit keeps me pretty level body fat and weight wise... more than a 500 calorie deficit and I'll lose weight (muscle and fat) and if I average below a 250 calorie "on paper" deficit it usually translates into fat storage.
