and that sounds perfect unless you lose too much during the week with your workouts. but you generally feed yourself something to help you get through the work day whether it is liquid or some kind of calories. as you gain more muscle it will be interesting what you may have to do to keep up with your increasing demands on your muscle work. looking forward to it

@baskington - I think I take in a SIGNIFICANT amount of calories with my 'no solid food' fasts. Today I will exceed 1200 calories. My body probably doesn't care that this is 'liquid' rather than 'solid food'. So basically, a 50 year old guy eating 1200 calories a day is no-big-deal. Problem is, I MUST have a calorie 'surplus' to build the 'muscle bulk' I want. So I'm pretty sure I will go OMAD next week...

Good shot Adef; you've worked your way into a nice body! With your determination and attention to detail, it will be interesting to see next year's photo.

yes I noted you had more energy last week when you had a low carb meal and I think around 1800 calories to do your workout. that was great you did it low carb. it seems if you track this,,, that calories seem to matter to your workout, no carb or carb you did the 200 pound lifts. my memory is not great but I vaguely remember a good number that day
