Thanks to everyone that responded, upon further research Ketone diet was the wrong diet to quote so I'm doing something different and it's working for me. I'm not starving, I'm working out three times a week and also everything that I log on my diet is everything that I eat I don't hold anything back. I'm managing just fine on 800 calories or less a day and I don't intend to do this the rest of my life I just want to lose a lot of weight quick and then I'm going to go in to maintain mode
259.8 lb Lost so far: 33.4 lb.    Still to go: 79.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

just watch your macro's, protein at higher than 50% is dangerous for your health. I know you get some fats and some carbs, that is a good thing to balance. the graft at the bottom of your log sheet will help with showing you the macro percentages. better to be safe than sorry on that one. nothing wrong with eating higher protein, protein is good for you and your muscles. but percentages do matter.

You're going to burn your metabolism to the ground losing 13lbs a week. Research extreme low calorie diets and see what you find...maintenance will be nearly impossible.

Im on 1000 cal a day, not allowed to work out due to low calories. My resting calorie burn is 1650 so doc sats its age and my high level of homones. I use to lose 10 pounds a week by ptotein alone. I am not an eater....

Oh yes and too add Doc wants me on 120grams of protein a day which is very for a non eater with a small stomach. I have Crohns and had a pouch made before stomach to hopd food longer. When I weighef 350 I was not getting any absorbtion of vitamins. Last Sept I weighed 200 and was happy with it but then in 2 weeks my weight jumped up big time to 240. Doc tells me I dont like eating...

I lost weight fast. Nearly 50lbs in 5 months. I'm fine :) For me, it was really important that I took an electrolyte concentrate everyday.

Also in the end, for me, because I had intense exercise, it was the carb reduction, not the calorie reduction that caused the rapid weight loss. 1000 calories with only 5 carbs and intense exercise can drop weight fast. Not everyone is able to do that however...

Good luck with that

I would rather eat more and burn it off. carbs are my best friend hahaha. I couldn't work out like I do without them

I did 1200 cal a few times, even with breaks could never maintain after. But sure lost weight quick. I'm sick of the ups and downs of drastic plans. If anyone wants to be the 5% that doesn't gain it all back and more, drastic is not the answer.

If a diet has a name I don't want anything to do with it hahahaha. Why carbs are victimised is beyond me. Fats are great. Protein is ultra important A small calorie deficit (small like 200 a day even) with a good balance of carbs/fats/protein is where it's at for long-term results.

I have been there and the weight came off quickly but came back plus some eventually. I found that doing it slowly and having patience is what works. I wish you luck on your journey and find what works for you but in a healthy way.

But some people are not seeking long term weight loss, They want to “lose weight quickly “ that’s the only goal

On Jenny Craig back in the day I lost 10 pounds a week by eating 2500 calories day. I ate their food and ate every 4 hours. It got expensive so I stopped. Last year I tried Nutrisystem, in 2 months I only lost 5 pounds and the food was awful. It was all pasta based mush. And its not 30 days garantee, you have to go 2 rounds before they cancel you. Weight Watchers was great and fun.
