For me weight loss is a mental journey more so than a physical one. Being fat is a reflection of something going on inside for me...a symptom of a bigger problem....not taking care of or loving myself. Packing meals is finally taking care and loving me <3

The start of my journey was definitely more mental then physical. It was hard to adjust my thoughts and tell myself that it was going to work. You got this, girl!! I am proud of you for taking care of you!!

Yeah, I know. Fatness is about protection, stand in life, attention even sarcasm. It's really wow, many reasons why we are fat. Thanks for bringing that up, I can always count on you, take care 😄😄😄

Great job! Meal planning can be hard, but when you commit to yourself and start realizing your own value, it's all worth it.

I find carrying my lunch easier with keto - wrap 3 or 4 salami slices around cheese; or take some breakfast sausages to heat in the microwave. I save my carbs for veggies or salad with dinner.
