This is an obvious ad to me.

An advertisement? Nah, I don’t sell anything. I just like to share what works for me because some whey protein mixes are full of sugars that actually throw off your gains. You don’t have to like it though. Sorry 😐

@Itzclay, this is the second time I have seen you comment something rude on someones journal. If you dont like what they post, move on. There is no need to be rude to people. We are all here on a journey to be a better version of ourselves, and we dont need people pushing us down! Build people up, dont be a troll! *********@Rachael, it looks great!

when I care what you think, I'll let you know.

And it looks like an ad to me because you have the product in the background in an obvious placement, just like it was off a commercial. I do online marketing and this is exactly the kind of picture and post that would be used for such a thing.

And for anyone who doesn't like what I say - I'm here to lose weight, not to find a bunch of people to blow smoke up my butt. If something looks like a scam to me, I'm going to say so. If someone posts about how they eat a bunch of trash and then can't figure out why they have problems, then duh, I'm going to say the truth.
Most people here post good information.

@itzclay, I don’t use multilevel marketing. I bought it last year on Amazon. The company doesn’t have people sell for them. Lol. I just like sharing what I’m putting in my body in case someone else is looking for a good tasting mix that doesn’t have tons of sugar. I can’t do all the sugary stuff. Yuck. When I first stared my journey, people were reluctant to share what works for them as if it was a big secret, so I share everything I try. Sometimes I find something I really like. Anyway, please be nice. Thanks 😊

Does the sucralose have an aftertaste? Lots of brand names on here, the whole site lists basically brand names so thank you for pointing out something that you have mixed up with something that I can look up the ingredients for.

It does look and sound delicious! Thank you for posting it. Question: do the chia seeds bother you? Like do they get stuck in your teeth or upset your tummy?

@rachael - if it isn't, then my apologies. The company would love you because I'm not kidding - it looks like it's straight off a facebook ad/post.

Thanks for sharing. I like using shakes and trying out new flavors. Just so you know, it isn't often we see pretty young ladies on here who are legitimately working on the last 10 pounds. You may have a few more people be suspicious of your posts and make comments similar to Itzclay, but just keep posting and they'll come around once they see you're for real. :)

@Gingerk65, The chia seeds are messy in my teeth for sure! I rinse my mouth out with water afterwards. I've realized that I can put too much in the shake, and they stick to my teeth horribly. It's worth it though because I just love the texture in the shake. They don't hurt my tummy. I like them in smoothie and yogurt bowls for breakfast also.

@Toumina, Thank you for your comment. I danced ballet and pointe for my entire life until I became a mommy for the second time and chose to go to college and become a teacher. I'm saying this to lead up to why the 10 lbs is so important to me. As a dancer, before Misty Copeland, having a certain physique meant you were serious. I was bulimic since I was 14, and even though I don't binge and purge now, it's a daily struggle. Being obsessed with food is just part of my life, and I have to be ever so careful about tracking and journaling because I could easily trigger the cycle of binging and purging. I had my third and last child last year, and I have had this really stubborn 10 lbs... I'm using this app to lose the weight in a healthy and balanced way for my body and my mind. Overeating because of stress is just the first step in my emotional issues with food because it is followed by purging in order to feel in control. I greatly appreciate all of you who support me, and are actually genuinely on a journey to become healthy as well. It seriously means a lot to me. Thank you for taking the time to encourage me!

@abbadabba I use Amazon for almost all my shopping needs. I don't find any aftertaste with this shake mix, but I do get an aftertaste when I use the vanilla flavor. You can use Pinterest to find all sorts of recipes and shakes also.

my sister did ballet and pointe for many years and she had serious eating issues for years..she was 16 before she even tried a piece of meat..no joke. she lived off of peanut butter and saltine crackers..correction she was dying. it's sad how something so beautiful can destroy a person...as I've seen it a lot in dancers. her disorder had a negative effect on me as well..when you're standing next to someone who's whithering away i couldn't help but feel like a whale..and many people compared my weight to hers. looking back on photos i was a perfectly healthy weight most of the time skinny...and that's what our minds can do to us. anyway she's much better now and I'm glad u are too. Thank you for sharing a deeply personal story. Whether it's 100lbs or 10lbs we all have a journey and deserve the right to be here and share. Good luck with those 10lbs--you seem to have overcome a lot so I'm sure you can beat this too!!
Thanks for sharing!!!! ❤

@moopxo Thank you for sharing! Yes! Ballet is beautiful, but it really can turn into an unhealthy obsession for the “perfect” weight. I would just die if I didn’t see “101” on the scale. For me, that’s just too thin, and I see it in pictures of myself from then. I understand the comparison issue also because that’s such an easy thing to do. I try not to compare my body to anyone’s anymore, but it’s soooo difficult. Thanks for all your support!!

That sounds good, only because I’m no longer eating ice cream...
Good work though. Keep it up.
