I can't with another salad. I am burned out on salads. I love, love, love steamed vegetables. I can get down the chopped salads with cabbage, kale, etc. but lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, ugh... I think after eating the nice hot meals that I prepare have me a little spoiled. :) I know I'm going to have to eat more steamed greens in order to get in all of my vegetables.

I add roasted veggies to my salads to keep it exciting. Lately enjoying cooked veggies a lot... roasted is def my fav way to prepare. 😋😋😋

I don't eat many cold salads unless it's really hot outside. I heat my spinach, kale or whatever most days. I use a silicon cover and heat for two minutes in the microwave (when I have one). it's much more satisfying.

vegetables cooked outside on the grill in a grill wok are AWESOME! A little olive oil and seasoned salt. Add shrimp, chicken or lil smokies. Wa- la! Mmmm.

I'm somewhat like Katsolo. I do occasionally have a salad in winter but not as much as summer. I do however know a "million" salad recipes. 😀💜

Sometimes I’ll warm a salad up? Slice up and add some cheese that melts easy? Seems to fill me and warm me up a bit. Maybe cook the carrots before you add them? You’re doing great! You got this going! 💪

Roasted veggies are wonderful. I like to make/eat salads cause you can add just about anything to them. The lettuce (I like leafy greens) are almost no calories & add "bulk".

I love the roasted veggies - if you get them just right they have a sweetness that can't be beat.

that's funny. I eat salad every day sometimes twice. I just loved lettuce. I came up hard, parents never home, so made sandwich out of what ever was there. iceberg lettuce sandwich was my fave. now I just have lettuce in a salad.
