When I first started weight loss I was obese. I don’t know my highest weight because I didn’t step on a scale. After dieting and exercising for a while, I weighed in at 175 😱 I dropped 40 lbs in 3 months in unhealthy ways. I didn’t learn any healthy habits. It took me 2 years to find this app, and 6 more years to use the community features. From there I learned sustainable healthy lifestyle methods to lose fat. Along my journey, I’m meeting some amazing like minded members. Super grateful for this new life❣️
