I am an African-American 66-year-old female. I enjoy working out as well as reading and talking about diet and exercise. I have used both to assist in correcting my autoimmune disorders and experiment with many different foods due to my gluten sensitivity. I have between 15-12 pounds left to lose to reach my goal weight. I'm on this fitness journey as a lifestyle change. I feel great when I'm eating well and regularly working out. Blood work has proven that eating well and moving my body regularly is providing me with a healthy and fit body, mind, and spirit and is allowing me to be a role model to my friends and family and that it is not too late to live well and be healthy. My closing line is "Be Well" for I truly wish EVERYONE a life of healthy wellness!
