I am not saying anybody is wrong or right here. I think some one was reading between the lines and only seeing what they wanted to see. They had it that what they was saying was right and everybody else was wrong. That in a coupe of years all of us that eat bacon and butter will be sorry and realize how stupid we are. Just for the record I have had a HFLC life style for 43, yes 43 years and doing fine.
My blood work is always good, my heart is healthy and no blood sugar issues. So each to his own.

every day. reguardless if dieting or not. I just like to know where I'm at.

Miracle Noodle (Now you can eat Pasta w/o Worrying about Net Carbs!!!)
yep blood sugar all good. this noodle is made from plants.made from the root of a plant called the konnyakuimo.
made only from the soluble fiber of the plant contains a healthy soluble fiber known as glucomannan. since it is soluble fiber that is what makes it so low in calorie. they are sort of like cauliflower they absorb the flavor of what ever you add to it.

I buy and eat Miracle noodles/ I still in ketosis the next day. they are all fiber no calories trace carbs. not all that great unless you add them to soup or a meat stew. buy they are filling. rinse and get rid of the unfavorable smell. saute with butter and soy sauce. add some grated parmesan cheese. these are not the noodle shitaki or what ever that you can get in the grocery store. their is a miracle noodle web site. NO calories carbs fat nothing. Just filling.
