hi, i'm 26 and am tired of being "the fat one" in a group of size 6 friends...the most difficult thing for me i suppose is that i lived abroad for 5 years and now that i'm back i want to eat all the foods i've missed over the years, even though i know they're not good for me....

I wish this wasn't as much of a "secret."
how about we make a compromise and just not talk about religion? i live in a house with a jew, a christian, an agnostic and my wiccan self and we all get along great because we just don't bring up religion...i'm not going to knock ANYONE's beleifs, i just don't see why it's even worth talking about

it all comes down to whatever works for you...as long as you understand the system you choose (flex or core..personally i'm old school points, but whatever), and you feel you have enough support and accountability here, then there's no need to join up..for a lot of people on here, it's enough motivation just for us to post our weigh-in results on the site, without needing to be with actual people and pay for it...others need the human contact...whatever works best for you...
